eth_accounts RPC Method

Note: eth_accounts has been deprecated and will always return an empty array [] as the result. This is because exposing the client's account addresses to the public API can be a security risk.

The eth_accounts method returns a list of addresses owned by the client. These addresses can be used to send transactions and messages from the client.
